Technical Review & Formal Quotation
1–2 business daysOur technical team evaluates feasibility, selects the appropriate base paper and coating formula, and prepares a detailed quotation. The quote includes unit pricing at multiple volume tiers, tooling or setup fees (if applicable), sample cost, lead time, and payment terms.
Sample Production & Artwork Confirmation
5–10 business daysOnce you approve the quotation, we produce pre-production samples using the confirmed specifications. For printed products, a digital proof (PDF/AI) is sent for artwork approval before printing. Physical samples are shipped via express courier for your hands-on evaluation.
Sample Approval & Production Order Confirmation
Client-controlled timelineAfter reviewing the physical samples, you provide written approval or request revisions. Once the sample is approved, you issue a formal Purchase Order (PO). We then issue a Proforma Invoice (PI) and confirm the production schedule. A deposit (typically 30%) is required to commence mass production.

Mass Production with In-Process QC
7–20 business daysFull-scale production begins with your dedicated production schedule. Our QC team conducts inspections at three stages: incoming material inspection, in-process monitoring during slitting and printing, and final pre-shipment inspection. Production photos and progress updates are shared proactively.
Shipment, Documentation & After-Sales Support
3–7 days after balance paymentUpon receipt of the balance payment (70%), goods are packed per export standards and shipped via your preferred freight method (FOB, CIF, or DDP). A full documentation package is provided with every shipment, and our team remains available for after-sales support, reorder management, and quality follow-up.
